The GiftHorse App is the flagship mobile interface of our ecosystem - a hybrid platform that blends wishlists, gifting, crowdfunding, and e-commerce into a seamless and intuitive experience. Designed for both self-expression and collective action, the app empowers users to curate desires, receive support, and shop smarter - with or without crypto knowledge.

Core Features

• Smart Wishlists Users can create public or private wishlists - including physical goods, digital items, or even personal goals - and share them with friends, family, or communities.

• Gifting & Crowdfunding Supporters can contribute partially or fully to items on any wishlist using $GHT tokens or traditional fiat. Think of it as crowdfunding for meaningful moments—from birthdays to causes.

• Personal Shopping Users can also shop directly for themselves, using fiat or $GHT, with catalog integration powered initially by Amazon and other global APIs. We aim to expand regional partnerships to ensure local availability and faster delivery.

• AI Gift Assistant A built-in AI chatbot helps users discover the perfect gift based on personality traits, interests, and past behavior—taking the guesswork out of giving.

• Transaction Transparency All gifts and payments are verifiable on-chain, with receipts and proof-of-gift included, making generosity both visible and trustworthy.

Purchase & Delivery Logic (Theory)

1. For Personal Use:

• User finds an item available for their region

• Pays using fiat or $GHT within the app

• GiftHorse handles payment processing and confirms the order

• The product is dispatched either directly by the partner-store to the user’s address, or to GiftHorse’s fulfillment partner, then redirected to the user

2. For Gifting & Donations:

• User adds an item to a wishlist

• Friends contribute towards it using fiat or $GHT

• Once fully funded, GiftHorse processes the payment

• The item is dispatched as above - either directly or through GiftHorse fulfillment

In case of pricing changes or availability issues, GiftHorse will side with the user, offering compensation, swaps, or refund options.

Early Access Phase

During the MVP and early release stages, the GiftHorse App will launch as a wishlist-only platform, allowing users to:

• Create, share, and manage wishlists

• Follow friends’ lists

• Participate in limited activities and promotions paid in $GHT

Direct purchases and crowdfunding functionality will be activated in later phases, as our global marketplace integrations mature and compliance mechanisms are finalized.
